How I Work

From Traditional to AI-Augmented

Eight phases of product design — same rigor, radically different tooling. Here's how AI transformed every step of my workflow.

01Discover / Research
Old

Manual note-taking, recorded interviews, spreadsheets

New

AI notes & recording — auto-transcribed, searchable, summarized

02Define
Old

Whiteboards, Miro boards, PRDs written manually

New

AI Agent conversations — collaborative verbal problem-solving

03Document
Old

Scattered across Confluence / Notion / Google Docs

New

All .md files in one place — version-controlled, co-located with code

04Spec & Configure
Old

Separate tools, manual spec writing, developer setup docs

New

Claude Code + SpecKit — auto-generates constitution, CLAUDE.md

05Mood Board (unchanged)
Old

Figma mood boards

Unchanged
New

Figma mood boarding — human-driven

Human-driven
06Design System
Old

Manual Figma component library, devs interpret tokens

New

Figma Console MCP syncs design systems to code — Claude Code Skills auto-enforce tokens as executable rules

07Prototype & Iterate
Old

Figma prototypes → usability testing → handoff → dev builds

New

Designer repo with mock data + custom Figma-Webflow visual inspector — prototype & iterate in real code with AI, versioned on GitHub with feature branches

08Handoff
Old

Redlines, specs, inspect mode, developer back-and-forth

New

Handoff the repo + Figma — devs pull a branch with working code, full Git history

8 StepsFully AI-Augmented

The Result

What this workflow delivers.

75%

Faster design process — from research to handoff in a fraction of the time

Ready

Engineers receive working components & CSS — no guesswork, no interpretation

Zero

UI bugs for engineers — pixel-perfect code ships from the designer's repo

My Product

pAInt - A Visual Inspector

A visual editor for your localhost — like Figma meets Webflow, but for your running dev server. Edit spacing, colors, and layout visually, then generate a ready-to-paste prompt for Claude Code. One shot, no surprises.

The problem

Developers waste tokens and time screenshotting UI bugs, explaining padding issues to AI agents, and going back and forth on simple visual fixes that should take seconds.

My solution

Point, click, and tweak your localhost UI visually — then export a precise prompt that tells Claude Code exactly what to change. No more guesswork.

Install globally with your package manager of choice:

npm install -g @antigenic-oss/paint
pnpm add -g @antigenic-oss/paint
bun add -g @antigenic-oss/paint

My 3 pillars ofScrum

I’ve seen many projects fail, including some of the ones I handled. The problem is that the 3 pillars of Scrum are not really being followed. That’s why my ultimate goal for my next projects is to make sure those pillars are truly applied.
